About the Role
We’re seeking an organized, health-minded Personal Cook & Personal Assistant to support a private household in San Clemente. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves preparing nutritious meals, managing daily errands, and keeping a busy household running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and professional — someone who can plan healthy menus one moment and coordinate schedules or errands the next. You’ll play a key role in creating a calm, well-managed home environment.

What You’ll Do

????? Culinary & Meal Prep

Prepare fresh, healthy, and beautifully presented meals based on dietary needs and preferences

Create weekly menus and adjust for allergies or nutrition goals

Shop for groceries, manage pantry inventory, and keep the kitchen organized

Plan and cook for small gatherings or dinner guests

Maintain excellent food safety and kitchen cleanliness standards

Travel occasionally to prepare meals at other locations as needed

?? Personal Assistant Support

Run errands (groceries, household supplies, deliveries, etc.) using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

Coordinate reservations, scheduling, and travel logistics

Assist with household organization and special projects

Communicate professionally with vendors, staff, and family members

Provide reliable personal support during travel and events

?? General Expectations

Handle all matters with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Anticipate needs and take initiative — no task too small or too big

Stay calm and flexible in a changing, fast-paced environment

Be comfortable around pets (especially dogs and horses)

Occasional weekend or travel-based work required

What You’ll Bring

Culinary experience and strong knowledge of nutrition or healthy cooking styles

Prior experience as a personal assistant, household manager, or private cook preferred

Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills

Professionalism, discretion, and reliability at all times

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Background and DMV check required.
