Job Title: Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: In-person, near Bothell
Schedule: Part-time to start, with potential to grow into full-time once trained and transition with current PA is complete
Pay: $26–$27/hour Start Date: Flexible — the right fit is more important than speed; looking for someone who can be flexible and reliable
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to support a busy professional with both personal and administrative tasks. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential. The role will begin part-time and may grow into a full-time position based on performance and fit.
This is a newly created position, offering the chance to shape your responsibilities and make a meaningful impact. You will serve as a trusted gatekeeper and right hand, managing everything from scheduling to errands.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative support including filing, organizing paperwork, tracking bills, managing receipts, and handling car registration.
Personal assistance such as scheduling doctor appointments, managing prescriptions, and running errands.
Tech-savvy tasks including online research, calendar management, and use of Microsoft Outlook and Word.
Vehicle Use:
During the contract period, use of a personal vehicle may be required. Mileage will be reimbursed.
Upon permanent hire, full access to a company vehicle (Tesla) will be provided for work-related travel.
Ideal Candidate:
Self-sufficient, reliable, and proactive with a helpful, can-do attitude.
Ideally has some college education and strong administrative experience.
Personable and professional, with solid life experience and a good understanding of American culture.
Local to the area and comfortable working in-person.
Comfortable with technology and confident using common software tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
Strong references or recommendations—letters of recommendation are highly encouraged.
Willingness to complete a background check, financial check, and drug test.
Business Casual Attire Required.
