We are working with a well-respected primary care practice in Davenport, FL, that is looking for a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join their team.

This organization is committed to high-quality, family-centered care—supporting children from infancy through adolescence with a strong focus on prevention, wellness, and chronic care management.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients
Conduct well-child visits, sick visits, follow-ups, and developmental assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Order and interpret lab work and diagnostic tests
Develop individualized treatment plans and care recommendations
Educate parents and families on wellness, growth milestones, and disease prevention
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff for coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system

Qualifications

Active Florida APRN license with Pediatric certification (PNP-PC preferred; PNP-AC with primary care experience considered)
Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing
Bilingual: English & Spanish required
Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience preferred
Excellent communication skills and a family-centered, compassionate care approach
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
