We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to support payroll processing and data management for a high-volume employee population. This role requires advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience troubleshooting complex system issues in PeopleSoft.
Key Responsibilities:
Support payroll processing for a 260K+ employee population
Perform data analysis on large datasets to identify trends and resolve issues
Troubleshoot system-related issues in PeopleSoft, including Time & Labor and Absence Management
Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, macros) to analyze and reconcile data
Collaborate on process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Multitask across multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and deadlines
Qualifications:
Advanced PeopleSoft experience required
Minimum intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, macros required)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Payroll experience preferred
Time & Labor and Absence Management experience preferred
Experience in process enhancement and continuous improvement
