Become a Payroll Specialist and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll department under the guidance of the Payroll Manager. Leverage in ADP Workday to process payroll for over 200 employees across multiple entities, maintaining compliance with company policies, keeping accurate records, and working closely with HR to address payroll-related needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly & biweekly payroll and manage off-cycle adjustments as needed. .
Review timecards, ensuring accuracy in overtime, breaks, and meal exceptions.
Maintain detailed records for payroll changes and multi-state termination compliance.
Address payroll taxes, garnishments, and department-specific requests.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of payroll processing experience.
Proficiency in ADP Workday and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
