Payroll Specialist (ADP Required)
Full-Time | On-Site I $24-28/hr I Must know ADP
Location: Santa Monica, CA
• We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with hands-on ADP experience to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR/finance with payroll-related reporting.

Responsibilities:
• Process weekly/biweekly payroll using ADP
• Review and validate timecards, deductions, and wage adjustments
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws
• Support HR and accounting with payroll-related tasks as needed

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of payroll experience (ADP required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of wage laws, taxes, and payroll best practices
• Experience with timekeeping systems and payroll reconciliations
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general office software
