We’re looking for a proactive Office Manager to keep operations on track in a busy construction environment. This is a central role supporting both the office team and field staff. You’ll oversee accounting, payroll, HR, and general administration while working directly with leadership. Our office is small and collaborative, with a casual atmosphere, but the work is fast-paced and varied.
What You’ll Do
Process payroll in QuickBooks (experience with this is a MUST-HAVE)
Handle billing, invoicing, contracts, and AP/AR
Manage employee onboarding, records, safety documentation, and L&I claims
Provide administrative support for projects across corporate, retail, multifamily, healthcare, and other sectors
What You Bring
3–5 years of office management experience in the construction industry (general contractor or subcontractor background preferred)
Advanced QuickBooks skills (must be confident with it)
Familiarity with payroll, billing, and HR processes
A flexible approach to changing priorities and deadlines
Strong communication skills; comfortable navigating language barriers
A confident, assertive presence—able to hold your own in a direct, fast-moving environment
