Payroll Specialist / HR Coordinator
Location: Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Pay: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do
Own the payroll process—accurate, timely, and compliant every time
Put your Excel expertise and data entry precision to work every day
Support HR functions: employee demographic updates, onboarding, offboarding, and pre-employment screenings
Partner directly with client payroll contacts via phone and email
Keep everything on track with strong organization and deadline management

What We’re Looking For
MUST HAVE least 1 year of recent payroll experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proven accuracy in data entry
Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
A team player who brings a positive, professional attitude
