We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with hands-on Dayforce (Ceridian) expertise to step in immediately and keep payroll operations running smoothly while the Payroll Manager is out on leave.

Role Highlights

System: Full payroll & timekeeping processed in Dayforce

Duties: Review and process timecards, PTO, garnishments, and sick time

Payroll Cycles: Semi-monthly (15th & 30th) for exempt and non-exempt employees

Headcount: 300+ employees

Additional: Some manual data entry required (Dayforce does not sync with enterprise system)

Details

Pay: $60–$65/hr

Location: 100% Remote – candidate must reside on the West Coast

Type: Contract / Immediate Start
