N Orange County, CA: Well known manufacturing company is looking to hire a an experienced Payroll Coordinator to work along side the Payroll Supervisor with the payroll processing for 500+ employees. Some duties include: Calculate and analyze payroll adjustments, wage and overtime payments, vacation payouts, and terminations accurately and timely. Process all vacation and sick day requests for Production team. Have working experience with ADP/Enterprise. Review bi-weekly attestation to make sure all employees approve and attest to the hours worked for all departments

Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years’ processing payroll in high volume hourly environment
• 2+ years’ experience with ADP
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with ADP’s Workforce Now and Enterprise eTime
• Processed payroll in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree

100% in-office position
