Our client, a leading provider of payroll, benefits, and HR solutions, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team on a 6-month contractual basis. This role is onsite in Highland Hills, OH, and requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in payroll processing and client invoicing.

Position Overview:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and billing functions for clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple data sources, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in line with company standards and values.

Key Responsibilities:
Review client payroll data for accuracy, including tax jurisdictions and data balancing

Verify client invoices against payroll data

Finalize and print payroll checks and invoices

Prepare and package shipments to clients

Assist with department functions such as invoicing and customer service

Reconcile payroll and invoicing data with accounting statements

Complete all tasks in compliance with company policies, timelines, and quality standards

Perform additional duties as assigned

Ensure payrolls are accurate and completed within required banking deadlines

Generate timely and error-free invoices
