Are you a numbers-savvy professional with a passion for payroll precision? We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a fast-paced team in Anaheim, CA on a temp-to-hire basis. ?? What You'll Do:
Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
Maintain accurate employee records including timekeeping, PTO, and deductions
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Handle wage garnishments, benefits deductions, and direct deposits
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll in a professional manner
Assist with year-end reporting, including W-2s and payroll audits
?? What You Bring:
2+ years of payroll experience (in-house or outsourced)
Familiarity with timekeeping systems and payroll taxes
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
?? Payroll Software Knowledge (a big plus!):
Experience with any of the following is highly valued:

Gusto
Ceridian
UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group)
Workday
Paylocity

Monday–Friday, full-time hours
