Now Hiring – Payroll Administrator (Full-Time, Multi-Company Payroll)

A growing organization is seeking a seasoned Payroll Administrator to manage accurate, compliant payroll processing across multiple locations. You'll be the go-to expert for payroll issues, system troubleshooting, audits, and reporting.

Key Duties:

Process bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payrolls

Audit timesheets, employee data, and payroll changes

Ensure tax compliance and manage year-end filings (W-2, 940/941, 1095-C)

Respond to garnishments, subpoenas, and agency requests

Support system upgrades, testing, and reporting

Requirements:

8+ years of payroll experience (multi-state required, Canada a plus)

Strong knowledge of payroll laws (CA and federal)

Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and Excel

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

FPC/CPP certification and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
