Norfolk, VA - Are you passionate about precision and ready to own the payroll process from start to finish? We’re looking for a detail-driven Payroll Specialist to serve as a trusted steward of employee compensation—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidence across 26 biweekly payroll cycles.

In this role, you’ll manage the full scope of payroll operations, from auditing timecards and tracking leave balances to processing payroll in our HRIS and ADP Workforce Now. You’ll also be the go-to resource for employee pay-related inquiries, providing support with clarity, care, confidentiality, and discretion. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to spot and reconcile discrepancies, and a commitment to getting things right the first time.
