Launch your career with AppleOne! We are hiring immediately for Payroll Specialists to join our team. This role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Located in San Diego, CA. $25-27hr DOE
Responsibilities:
• Process timecard and submit certified payroll
• Maintain payroll records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Update employee rosters and absence calendars
• Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and handle deliveries
• Track bids and projects using Excel
• Monitor and restock office supplies and inventory
Skills & Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience
• High attention to detail & time management
• Able to lift 25 lbs and climb stairs (no elevator on-site)
• Proficient in Excel and general office software
• Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to take initiative and learn
