OA Reference: Payroll Manager

Who We’re Looking For:
- An Experienced Payroll Manager, or Senior Payroll Specialist ready to step into a management role
- Multi-state payroll experience required, including California
- ADP Workforce Now expertise required
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage high volumes of data
- Strong communication skills across all levels of personnel
What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle payroll for hourly employees, including tipped staff, using ADP Workforce Now
- Review, validate, and enter time from paper and electronic timecards weekly
- Administer benefits, including enrollments, qualifying life events, HSA/FSA contributions, and 401(k) programs
- Maintain accurate payroll deductions and benefit integrations, including garnishments
- Ensure compliance with federal and multi-state wage and hour laws (WA, CA, OR, CO)
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding pay, timekeeping, tips, and benefits
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive payroll and benefits data
