Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional with leadership experience? We are seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee full-cycle payroll operations for a growing organization in Bellevue, WA. Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Oversee payroll operations, including deductions, garnishments, benefits integration, and reporting
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, including Washington labor regulations
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate payroll records and resolve discrepancies
Lead, coach, and mentor payroll staff to maximize team performance
Identify and implement payroll process improvements and workflow efficiencies
Serve as the primary contact for payroll audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Payroll Manager, Senior Payroll Specialist, or similar role
Proficiency in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, or comparable platforms
Strong knowledge of Washington State payroll laws and federal payroll regulations
Advanced MS Excel skills and comfort with payroll data analysis
Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work onsite full-time in Bellevue, WA
