We are actively working with multiple clients throughout Orange County who are seeking experienced Payroll Coordinators for temp-to-hire roles. If you have a background in finance or payroll processing, we’d love to connect with you.
In these roles, you’ll be responsible for the day to day payroll operations, including maintaining accurate payroll records, overseeing timekeeping systems, and processing payroll transactions such as adjustments, voids, and direct deposits. Many of our clients also look for support with payroll audits and assistance to the accounting team on related reporting and compliance tasks.
Ideal candidates are detail oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in fast paced environments. A solid understanding of payroll taxes and deductions, along with knowledge of wage and hour laws at the federal, state, and local level, is essential.

Computer skills, MS Office, intermediate proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks or other Payroll Software, understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll, detail oriented, ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment.
