Payroll Clerk Key Responsibilities:
Location: Onsite Plano, TX 75024
Pay: $28.28/hour Experience: 0–2 years Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to support accurate and timely payroll processing.
Process payroll, taxes, deductions, garnishments, and adjustments.
Calculate employee compensation, including hours, bonuses, and commissions.
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliation, and audits.
Respond to employee payroll-related questions.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements:
0–2 years of payroll, accounting, or finance experience.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
Familiarity with payroll systems.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
