We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll knowledge, hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Hours are Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process payroll data from Exact Time (time clock system)

Verify hours worked with job site Superintendents and manually enter timecards when needed

Enter new hires into the payroll system and maintain accurate employee records

Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and properly submitted

Import hours between systems quickly and accurately

Respond to employee payroll-related phone inquiries and escalate issues to HR as needed

Log sick time for employees who call in absent

Process employee terminations in ADP Workforce Now

Scan and upload employee documents into digital records

Notify Safety Managers of new hires for training coordination

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience using ADP Workforce Now

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, reporting)

Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion
