Bilingual Payroll Clerk

We are seeking a Bilingual Payroll/AP Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our farm labor workforce. Strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in QuickBooks are essential. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our employees.
Responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll for a large workforce.
Accurately enter and maintain employee information in payroll systems.
Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime hours.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries in both English and Spanish.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies.
Utilize QuickBooks for payroll and related accounting functions.
Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Must have 2 years of experience in payroll processing and AP
Proficiency in QuickBooks preferred
