Description: US Payroll Specialist III (ADP GlobalView Required)
We’re seeking a Payroll Specialist with direct, hands-on experience using ADP GlobalView (SAP) to manage high-volume, multi-state U.S. payroll for a large employee population (3,000–5,000 employees).
This role requires current or recent experience with ADP GlobalView.
Key Responsibilities
• Process weekly multi-state payroll using ADP GlobalView
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll activities
• Oversee third-party payroll services (taxes, garnishments, payments)
• Serve as time system administrator (ADP eTime or similar)
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure accuracy
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Support reporting, audits, and payroll-related projects
Required Experience
• 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing
• Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView (SAP) is required
• Strong understanding of payroll tax filings and compliance
• Experience with timekeeping systems (ADP eTime preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
