We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator II who’s ready to jump in and support our fast-paced, people-first environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Process payroll (bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly) for a large, multi-location company
Maintain accurate personnel records and manage electronic filing
Coordinate payroll deductions, garnishments, and tax levies

Support our HR team and provide backup to the Payroll Manager
Ensure compliance with records retention policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of recent payroll experience (1,000+ employees a plus)
Familiarity with HRIS systems—Ultimate Software experience preferred
High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong understanding of payroll compliance, garnishments, and tax withholdings
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
