Your Role: AP & Payroll Pro with Union Compliance Expertise
We’re looking for a detail-driven and experienced Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist to join our finance team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong grasp of union labor compliance—we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Accounts Payable
Full-cycle AP: review, approvals, coding, payments
Maintain vendor records and reconciliations
Partner with project managers to resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end closings

Payroll
Process multi-state, union/non-union weekly payroll
Handle certified payroll & prevailing wage reports
Maintain accurate, compliant payroll records
Collaborate with HR & field leadership for data accuracy

Union Compliance
Interpret and apply CBAs
Manage union fringe benefits, dues, and remittances
Partner with union reps to ensure compliance and resolve issues

What You Bring:
5+ years’ experience in AP & payroll within construction
Deep knowledge of union payroll, prevailing wage, and certified payroll laws (Davis-Bacon, etc.)
Skilled in construction payroll/accounting software (e.g., Viewpoint Vista, Sage 100, Foundation)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
