Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll / HR Administrator with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on payroll experience, specifically using ADP Payroll systems. This role supports payroll processing and HR administrative functions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working with payroll data in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll using ADP with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Perform weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll reconciliation within ADP
Create and maintain weekly and monthly payroll reports
Review and audit completed payroll work to ensure accuracy
Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information
Prepare and process new hire onboarding packages and payroll setup in ADP
Assist with special payroll and HR projects requiring high-volume data entry
Support general HR and clerical duties as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of payroll experience using ADP (required)
Bilingual Spanish
Strong understanding of payroll processes, audits, and reconciliations
High attention to detail and ability to meet payroll deadlines
Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
