Payroll Administrator
Location: West Valley City, UT
Type: Full-Time

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about payroll and HR operations? We’re seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team and play a key role in managing personnel records, issuing payroll, and supporting the HR department.

What You’ll Do:

Generate and maintain personnel records for all employees.
Process payroll accurately, including bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly cycles.
Coordinate payroll deductions and ensure accuracy for all payees.
Support remote branch offices and collaborate with Office Managers as needed.
Maintain electronic personnel records and manage retention/disposal per company policy.
Provide back-up support to the Payroll Manager and assist with other HR tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years of recent payroll experience, ideally in a company with 1,000+ employees.
Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Ultimate Software.
Knowledge of garnishments, tax levies, and payroll compliance a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to meet weekly deadlines.
