We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring that daily, weekly, and bi-weekly time entries are accurately verified, approved, and processed for all active employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a high level of accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Review daily mealtime entries for all hourly employees to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and company meal break policies
• Communicate with Department Managers, the General Manager, and Human Resources regarding meal break policy violations and assist with obtaining meal break waivers when necessary
• Audit daily time entries against Samsara GPS reports to verify beginning and end-of-day travel accuracy
• Investigate and resolve GPS discrepancies in collaboration with management
• Ensure time entries are properly coded as chargeable or non-chargeable
• Process manager-approved weekly time entries through FieldPoint for straight time (ST), overtime (OT), and double time (DT) calculations
• Upload workweek payroll batches for bi-weekly payroll processing
• Assist in resolving payroll-related issues including meal entries, timesheet discrepancies, and payroll questions
• Collaboration with Human Resources to maintain accurate employee records
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute bi-weekly and monthly payroll reports to management

Qualifications
• Full-time availability with flexibility to work overtime or extended hours when necessary
• Working knowledge of payroll processing procedures
• Strong understanding of organization, planning, records management, and general administrative practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
