We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support our payroll operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing and employee record management. The ideal candidate will be experienced with ADP Workforce Now, possess strong Excel skills, and be bilingual in Spanish.

What you get to do:
Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Review time data from Exact Time and manually enter timecards for non-digital entries
Coordinate with job site Superintendents to verify hours worked
Handle employee onboarding, including entering new hires and collecting documentation
Maintain and update employee records, including terminations and document uploads
Import and reconcile hours worked between systems
Answer employee payroll inquiries and escalate issues to HR as needed
Log sick leave and notify Safety Managers of new hires for required training

What we need:
Minimum 2 years of payroll experience, specifically with ADP Workforce Now
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Bilingual in Spanish required
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay: $26.00 per hour
