Payroll/AP/AR Clerk
Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour

About the Role
AppleOne is seeking a highly organized and experienced Accounting clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for processing payroll for 75+ employees using ADP, Paychex or similar platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Payroll , Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities
• Process weekly payroll for 75+ employees
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, deductions, and direct deposit info
• Process full cycle AP, with 3 part match
• Process full cycle AR for billing and payment posting

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of Payroll, AP & AR processing experience
• Strong understanding of accounting processes
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
• Strong communication and customer service skills
