URGENT HIRING: Payment Poster – Temp-to-Hire (Bakersfield, CA)
Pay: $21.00–$23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time

A fast-paced, well-established healthcare organization in Bakersfield is actively seeking an experienced Payment Poster / Reimbursement Specialist to join their team immediately.
This role is critical to keeping their billing operations running smoothly, so they’re looking to move quickly on qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Post insurance and patient payments by line item with strong accuracy
Complete daily payment reconciliation and ensure correct reimbursement
Maintain and update accounts receivable records
Identify discrepancies and resolve posting issues promptly
Requirements
At least 2 years of medical payment posting experience
Strong understanding of reimbursement processes
Proven experience with line-item posting
High school diploma required
Ability to work with urgency, precision, and attention to detail
