About the Role:
Our outpatient clinic is seeking a reliable, patient-focused Patient Services Representative to provide exceptional front-desk and call center support. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a seamless care experience for patients both in-person and over the phone.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Flu vaccinated (no exemptions permitted)
Experience with medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plans
1+ year recent experience in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting
1+ year call center experience


Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years recent experience as a Patient Services Representative
Experience with the patient check-in process
Experience using CS-Link/Epic


Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for patient relations both in person and by phone
Greet patients warmly, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when necessary
Check patients in and out; collect co-payments, provide receipts, and reconcile payments
Verify patient demographics and insurance coverage in CS-Link/Epic
Schedule appointments and complete accurate patient registration
Process and track referrals and authorizations across various insurance plans
Handle patient and provider correspondence promptly and professionally
Explain clinic policies, procedures, and available services
Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following departmental sanitation guidelines
