The Role at a Glance
As the first point of contact, you set the tone for the entire patient experience. You’ll be the bridge between our clinical team and the community, ensuring that every patient feels heard, organized, and ready for their appointment.
Key Responsibilities
Epic Management: Utilize Epic (Cadence/Prelude) for seamless appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs.
Patient Coordination: Verify insurance eligibility, obtain authorizations, and collect co-pays or outstanding balances.
Information Integrity: Maintain high-level accuracy in electronic health records (EHR) by updating demographics and clinical documentation.
Communication Hub: Manage a multi-line phone system, routing calls and handling patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Compliance: Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and data security.
