We are hiring for Patient Registrar (Medical Customer Service)! Multiple Openings!

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
✅ Answer and manage incoming telephone calls.
✅ Complete patient registration and admission processes accurately.
✅ Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage for healthcare services.
✅ Calculate and collect patient financial responsibility, including copayments, coinsurance, deductibles.
✅ Maintain accurate patient demographics and medical records.
✅ Process patient payments and document financial transactions.
✅ Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare staff.
✅ Ensure compliance with HIPAA and facility policies.
✅ Assist with scheduling and other front office administrative duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:

✅ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume healthcare facility, hospital, medical office, clinic, or physician practice.

✅ Strong customer service and patient-facing experience.

✅ Experience with:

Patient Registration / Medical Reception / Insurance Verification / Healthcare Eligibility Verification / Medical Billing Support / Patient Financial Services.

✅ Strong computer and data entry skills.

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✅ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment.

✅ Knowledge of insurance plans, copays, deductibles, and coinsurance.


Preferred Qualifications:

✅ Hospital registration experience

✅ Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) experience

✅ Medical terminology knowledge

✅ Revenue cycle or patient access experience

✅ Bilingual Spanish
