• Base pay from $40,000 - 45,000/year + Commission

Our client Healthcare is seeking an emphatic, passionate and organized Patient Intake & Sales Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients exploring life-changing treatments and services. If you're a people-person with a drive to help others and a knack for sales, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do
* Manage incoming patient leads via phone and email, using proven sales techniques to schedule consultations.
* Educate patients on Client Healthcare’s ancillary services.
* Maintain a high call volume (60–80 calls/day) to qualify leads and build a strong patient pipeline.
* Collaborate with the Care Navigator team to ensure smooth execution of patient services.
* Track all lead activity and communications in Salesforce.
Identify opportunities for internal marketing materials to support patient education.
* Represent Client Healthcare at community events and promotions across the Plano area.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both patients and referring providers.

What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation.
* Strong communication and active listening skills.
* Self-motivated, organized, and coachable with a positive, persistent attitude.
Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach.
* Familiarity with working with patients and with great empathy
* Passion for helping people and making a difference in mental health care.
