Position Overview:
As a Patient Care Navigator, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their mental health journey. From the first consultation to post-treatment follow-up, you’ll ensure every patient feels supported, informed, and empowered. This role blends education, care coordination, and insurance navigation to create a seamless experience for patients seeking life-changing treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing education on treatment options and services.
* Coordinate evaluations, appointments, and treatment schedules.
* Assist patients with insurance verification, prior authorizations, and payment options.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely communication with providers.
* Offer emotional and logistical support throughout the treatment process.
* Participate in patient engagement and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
* Experience: 3+ year in patient services, healthcare administration, or customer service.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Empathy and a passion for improving mental health outcomes.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
