Patient Access Specialist - Medical CSR
Location: SouthPark Center Loop, Orlando, FL
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Start Date: November 3rd

About the Role:
We’re hiring a PAS Customer Service Representative to join our team in Orlando! This is a temp-to-hire position with a reputable organization in the specialty pharmacy space. You’ll be responsible for accurate data entry, account updates, and overflow customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform accurate data entry to create and update accounts and cases
-Assist customer service teams with overflow support
-Update account information from medical billers
-Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
-Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients

Requirements:

-Strong and accurate data entry skills
-Previous experience in specialty pharmacy or customer service preferred
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications
-Ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
-Excellent judgment, decision-making, and customer service skills
-Strong multitasking and time management abilities
-Dependable with a strong work ethic
-Open to feedback and coaching

Preferred Experience:
-Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
-Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments
-Understanding of challenges faced by patients with medical conditions
