We are looking for amazing Patient Access & Patient Services Representatives to support increased patient volume and expansion initiatives for one of our top clients. What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for patients in person and by phone
Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorizations
Schedule appointments and manage patient registration
Collect and enter demographic and insurance information with accuracy
Explain financial responsibility, co-pays, and billing processes
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in patient access, patient services, medical front desk, or healthcare customer service
Knowledge of insurance verification, authorizations, and medical terminology
Experience with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, NextGen, Athena, etc.)
Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
