What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts and service via phone, email, or in person.
Provide accurate information on parts availability, pricing, and service procedures.
Assist customers with troubleshooting equipment issues and recommend solutions.
Process and manage customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
Address concerns with professionalism and maintain detailed records of orders and inventory.
Collaborate with internal departments and the service network for seamless issue resolution.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A willingness to learn and master our product line and service procedures.
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or appliance troubleshooting is a plus.
Basic computer skills to manage orders and inquiries.
A team player with a collaborative mindset.
