What You’ll Do:

• Order Management: Receive, reconcile, and invoice all parts orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Inventory Fulfillment: Pull and prepare parts for service jobs to keep operations on schedule.
• Shipping & Receiving: Verify and process incoming and outgoing shipments, print labels, and arrange transportation.
• Communication: Coordinate between technicians, customer service managers, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Recordkeeping & Organization: Maintain detailed records of inventory movement and shipping documentation.
• Administrative Support: Perform data entry and general office tasks to support the team.
• Facility Maintenance: Help rearrange bin locations; process returns and keep the workspace organized.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required — recent graduates are encouraged to apply (ideal degrees include Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field)
• Experience in administrative, logistics, or parts/inventory support roles
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory software
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Familiarity with industrial parts or equipment is a plus
• Forklift operation experience is a bonus, or willingness to learn
