Position Overview
An established industrial service company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts & Logistics Coordinator. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates with a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields who are eager to start their career. The position offers hands-on training, mentorship, and growth opportunities while providing exposure to both administrative and operational sides of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Inventory Management: Learn how to process and reconcile parts orders, prepare inventory for service jobs, and maintain accurate records.
Shipping & Receiving: Gain experience in verifying shipments, preparing labels, and coordinating transportation with carriers.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with technicians, customer service managers, and suppliers to understand the full parts and logistics cycle.
Administrative Support: Develop skills in data entry, reporting, and general office operations.
Organizational Development: Assist with rearranging bin locations, managing returns, and improving workflow efficiency.

Qualifications
