Job Title: Parts Counter Sales – Industrial Parts

Pay: $18–$22 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Shreveport, LA. This role involves assisting customers with industrial parts selection, processing orders, and ensuring accurate inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong math and measurement skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers at the parts counter and over the phone.
Identify and source industrial parts based on customer needs.
Read and interpret metrics, measurements, and technical specifications.
Accurately process sales transactions and maintain inventory records.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
Ensure parts are correctly labeled, stocked, and organized.
Collaborate with the warehouse team for timely order fulfillment.


Qualifications

Previous experience in parts sales or industrial environment preferred.
Strong math and arithmetic skills; ability to read measurements accurately.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency for order entry and inventory systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
