The Role: We are looking for an ambitious Affiliate Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. If you are a storyteller at heart who loves diving into data to solve creative challenges, you’ll fit right in. You will lead our affiliate program, acting as the bridge between our brand and our partners to drive meaningful, incremental revenue.

What You’ll Do:
•Nurture & Expand: Transform ad-hoc affiliates into long-term strategic partners through relationship-building and data-driven insights.
•Campaign Strategy: Launch top-tier partnerships and oversee promotions from initial concept to final analysis.
•Lead the Narrative: Manage the internal promotional calendar, including webinars and email flows.
•Analyze & Forecast: Run weekly sales reports and inventory forecasts to keep our influencer department ahead of the curve.

What You Bring:
•3–5 years of experience in Affiliate or Influencer Marketing (with 1–2 years in a leadership role).
•Platform Expertise: Proficiency with Everflow, Asana, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
•A Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable using data to measure success and run A/B testing to boost conversion and AOV.
•Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re a self-starter who can work autonomously while mentoring others.
