Participant Advocate/Front Desk

Seeking a compassionate Participant Advocate to provide front desk and daily operational support at shelter and service center locations. This role works directly with individuals experiencing homelessness in a respectful, trauma-informed, and housing-focused environment.

Duties:
• Greet and assist participants at the front desk
• Support daily shelter operations and safety monitoring
• Assist with intakes, documentation, and data entry (HMIS)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in social services or working with vulnerable populations preferred
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Schedule: Thursday-Monday- with shifts varying from 4pm - 12am and 12am - 8am
