Seeking a compassionate Participant Advocate to provide daily support to individuals in a housing-focused, trauma-informed environment. This role helps participants build stability, access resources, and work toward long-term housing success.

Schedule
• Sunday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Monday–Wednesday: Off
• Thursday: 3:30 PM – 10:00 AM
• Friday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Saturday: 3:30 PM – 10:00 AM

Responsibilities
• Support participants with daily living needs and housing goals
• Provide trauma-informed, respectful, and client-centered care
• Assist with intake, documentation, and data entry (HMIS)
• Connect participants to community resources and services
• Help de-escalate conflicts and promote positive interactions

Qualifications
• Experience in social services, housing, or related field preferred
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Comfortable with documentation and data entry systems
