Administrative & Programs Assistant – Hybrid (Part-Time)
Join a purpose-driven team making an impact in agriculture and sustainability. We’re looking for an organized and self-motivated Administrative & Programs Assistant to support daily operations, coordinate events, manage files, and assist with program activities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support to the Executive Director
-Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and track deadlines
-Maintain office operations and supplies
-Assist with HR tasks, invoices, and email management
-Support program implementation and event logistics
-Maintain digital and physical filing systems
-Travel occasionally to rural communities
What You Bring:
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s a plus
2+ years of administrative experience
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
What We Offer:
-$19.25–$20.50/hr, depending on experience
-Part-time: 24–32 hours/week
