*Pay: $28.75/hour
*3+ month contract

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and screening applied and passive candidates to overseeing and managing onboarding.

This role requires someone who thrives on connecting with people, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Screening Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various sourcing strategies, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screen both applied and passive candidates, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Develop and implement sourcing and screening strategies to create a strong talent pipeline.

Recruiting & Candidate Experience
Manage the full life cycle of recruitment, from job posting to offer acceptance. Schedule and coordinate on-site panel interviews, collaborating with Executive Assistants and hiring teams to ensure a smooth process.
Over-communicate with hiring managers via phone, text, and email to provide frequent updates on requisition status.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely follow-ups and transparent communication.
Write and refine job descriptions that attract high-quality candidates while aligning with business needs.

Background & Reference Checks
Oversee and facilitate background checks, reference checks, and any pre-employment screening.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all hiring procedures.
Onboarding & Compliance Facilitate the onboarding process in coordination with HR and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Partner with HR to maintain compliance with Talent Acquisition policies, company guidelines, and hiring best practices.

Collaboration & Process Improvement
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide data-driven hiring recommendations.
Continuously refine and enhance recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality. Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and reports to track hiring progress.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.

Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to source, screen, and engage both active and passive candidates. Strong relationship-building and communication skills—must enjoy speaking with candidates from all backgrounds.
Experience coordinating interviews and managing high-touch communication with hiring managers and executives.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay highly organized in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with ATS systems (UKG Pro), background check processes, and reference checking.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and diversity hiring strategies.
Ability to work independently and flex with hybrid work requirements (in-office as needed).
