Key Responsibilities:
Pick orders using pick-to-light systems
Utilize RF scanners to pick, stock, and track products
Accurately match products to appropriate cartons
Pack orders carefully to ensure product integrity during shipment
Follow company policies, security procedures, and quality standards
Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Restock inventory and break down products as required
Meet daily productivity goals in a high-volume environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of warehouse or distribution center experience
Experience using RF scanners required; pick-to-light experience preferred
Previous experience in a fast-paced, automated warehouse environment strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Basic computer and math skills
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
