Our client is seeking a part-time Front Desk & Administrative Support Assistant to join the Anaheim team, working 100% onsite. In this role, you will greet visitors—including consumers, volunteers, and community partners—and ensure they receive a warm, professional welcome. You will manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate staff, and respond to inquiries with accurate information and referral assistance. This position compiles and maintains critical referral data related to people with disabilities, older adults, and Veterans. You will complete and track program referrals while also providing general clerical support, including copying, faxing, and mail distribution. The role includes scheduling interview rooms, coordinating Zoom access, and requesting interpreter services as needed. You will help train volunteers on front desk protocols, including greeting procedures and call routing. As a member of the Safety Committee, you will contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Candidates must be adaptable, able to handle shifting priorities, and committed to supporting daily operations during set office hours. This position pays $20–24/hr and requires bilingual English/Spanish skills, an associate degree or equivalent experience, and a strong comfort level working with diverse and marginalized communities.
