Are you friendly, organized, and great with people? We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company! We're looking for someone who can create a positive first impression for our clients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
-Answer and route incoming calls professionally
-Manage front desk operations, including mail, deliveries, and scheduling
-Perform light administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and calendar coordination
-Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
What We're Looking For:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Professional appearance and attitude
-Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, calendars)
-Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
-Prior receptionist or customer service experience is required
