We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Product Management Associate to support our Premium Basecoats Portfolio and Care Chemical Asset and Management Team. This role is ideal for a rising sophomore or junior with coursework in chemistry who is eager to gain hands-on experience in product management, supply chain coordination, and market analysis.

?? Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Hybrid (In-office Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday)
?? :$20 P/HR Reg Hours: 32.50
• This is a part-time hybrid position requiring on-site presence Monday through Wednesday.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales teams to ensure product availability for customers.
• Initiate and manage prompts for product launches, product changes, and related projects in coordination with technology and other internal functions.
• Monitor portfolio profitability on a regular basis.
• Assist in the preparation of Market Position Summaries for Nonionic Product Portfolios, working with AMMs, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Support the Import Tracking Database, ensuring accurate grouping and sustainable reporting methods.
• Contribute to the Product Complexity Reduction Effort by reviewing master data in SAP and identifying opportunities to streamline products.
• Assist the Product Manager in advancing market launch efforts of Lutensol TO alcohol ethoxylates in North America.
Qualifications
• Coursework in Chemistry (Rising Sophomore or Junior preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an inquisitive, analytical mindset.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
